A PROVEN CONSERVATIVE LEADER IN ADVANCING PRINCIPLED SOLUTIONS | UNLEASHING ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL

Natasha Srdoc co-authored a book with Joel Anand Samy titled “Flat Tax – The Case for Tax Reform” – which was used by reformers in implementing the flat tax in Eastern Europe’s post-communist economies. The preface was written by Dr. Alvin Rabushka, Senior Fellow, Hoover Institution at Stanford University and a chapter was written by the Slovak Republic's Finance Minister Ivan Miklos. Key contributors to the book included John Willman, chief leader writer of The Financial Times and Paul Rübig, member of the European Parliament, Austria.

At the International Leaders Summit events, moderators of strategic economic panels included senior editors from The Economist, The Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. The events in America, Europe and Israel have Natasha Srdoc featured proponents of reforms including the Flat Tax.

The successful implementation of the low flat tax in Eastern Europe placed significant pressures on Western Europe as Germany and other major economies had to reduce their respective higher tax rates. On average, the European Union countries levy a corporate income tax rate of 21.3 percent.  This race to lower taxes has fueled a global tax competition thus applying principled pressures around the world, including within America.

    AFFIRMING PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH

As a witness to the violent break-up of Yugoslavia which killed over 200,000 in the 1990s (based on the data presented in Richard Holbrooke's book "To End a War"), and her engagement on the ground in Israel, the Middle East and India, Natasha Srdoc understands the importance of a strong national defense, its strategic military partnership with trusted allies and the importance of securing peace through strength.

Through her work with elected leaders in Europe and the Middle East, with heads of governments and states, prime ministers and cabinet ministers, Natasha Srdoc has established key relationships and advanced policy ideas that focus on strengthening the rule of law and democratic institutions and countering the schemes of China and Iran.
