Natasha Srdoc is the daughter of a World War II concentration camp survivor (Northern Italy) and the granddaughter of a heroic freedom fighter who was killed fighting Nazi German soldiers while protecting a local community which included a Jewish community and a synagogue in Rijeka, Croatia. She is an individual of deep faith, embracing Judeo-Christian values. Natasha Srdoc is married to Joel Anand Samy, and the mother of a young Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia, who is pursuing a double major in math and physics.
Natasha Srdoc, MBA, is a trusted leader in the realm of advancing principled reforms in America, Europe, strengthening ties with the Jewish State of Israel — a close partner of the United States, and strengthening initiatives to combat anti-Semitism.
As an entrepreneur and economist with a background in international banking, business, public policy, and organizing international trade missions with an emphasis on exporting US goods and services, she brings a wealth of experience to her engaged networks, inspiring them to take action in their communities.
In January 2001, Natasha Srdoc arrived in the United States and completed her Master in Business Administration (MBA), magna cum laude, in 2002 from Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business, Waltham, Greater Boston, Massachusetts, USA. According to The Wall Street Journal, Bentley University was ranked 11th best college in the United States in its 2025 Best Colleges in the U.S. ranking, ahead of other top colleges including Columbia, Notre Dame, Michigan and Cornell. She receieved her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Economics, Rijeka, Croatia.
As co-founder of the International Leaders Summit, Natasha Srdoc has brought together a dynamic network of reform leaders and principled policy advocates, dedicated to strengthening the rule of law, advancing free enterprise, promoting healthcare reform, expanding free, fair and reciprocal trade, and securing peace through strength in the US, Europe, Israel, the Middle East Region and India.
In 2015, Natasha Srdoc, Joel Anand Samy, and the late Sanford M. Saunders, a Jewish-American leader, co-founded the Jerusalem Leaders Summit to strengthen US-Israel ties on the economic, security, healthcare and trade fronts. The prominent pro-Israel platform highlights the start-up nation’s creativity, innovation and positive contribution through technology, and engaging key audiences within America, Britain, continental Europe, the Middle East region and India.
In 2023, Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy launched the American-European Leaders Summit in the European Parliament with partners Manfred Weber, chairman, Group of the European People's Party and president of the European People's Party, U.S. Congressman Mike Bost, chairman, Veterans' Affairs Committee and member of Transportation & Infrastructure Committee and Agriculture Committee.
In 2020, Natasha Srdoc and Joel Anand Samy launched America's Roundtable from Washington, DC — a weekly radio program first aired by 65 radio stations and then shared via 12 prominent podcast platforms. She engages influential leaders in business, government, media and the think tank arena on the vital issues impacting America and the world.
For nearly half a decade, Srdoc was a regular contributor to The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), The Economist Group.

Natasha Srdoc’s broadcast media interviews, articles and commentaries have appeared in Europe and the United States through the BBC, CBN News, CNN, Voice of America, The Economist, The Financial Times, Forbes Magazine, The Huffington Post, The Jerusalem Post, The Jerusalem Report, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Swiss based business daily –Le Temps, The Sunday Times (UK) and The Washington Times.
Srdoc co-authored a book with Joel Anand Samy titled “Flat Tax – The Case for Tax Reform” – which was used by reformers in implementing the flat tax in Eastern Europe’s post-communist economies. The preface was written by Dr. Alvin Rabushka, Senior Fellow, Hoover Institution at Stanford University and a chapter was written by the Slovak Republic's Finance Minister Ivan Miklos. Key contributors to the book included John Willman, chief leader writer of The Financial Times and Paul Rübig, member of the European Parliament, Austria.
